Terms of Service / 服务条款
SU 2026 Year End Gala · Last updated: October 4, 2026
These terms describe use of the Seattle United Runners Gala registration application. Please review them before submitting a registration or managing participant places.
Registration service
The application provides registration for the SU 2026 Year End Gala, PayPal checkout, email notifications, and authenticated registration transfers. The event is scheduled for December 12, 2026, from 5pm to 9pm at Redmond Senior Community Center. Check the homepage and organizer communications for current event information.
Accurate information and authorization
Provide accurate participant names, contact email addresses, and eligibility for the child fee exemption. Register other people only with appropriate authorization. A parent or guardian should provide or authorize information for children. You are responsible for maintaining access to your contact email and keeping verification codes private.
Fees and payment confirmation
The registration fee is $25 USD per participant. Children age five and under attend free. Review the total before completing checkout. PayPal handles payment under its own terms; the application does not collect your card number or PayPal password.
A paid registration is confirmed only after the application verifies successful payment. Submitting the form or canceling checkout does not confirm a paid registration. Registrations containing only eligible free participants are confirmed without payment. Email delivery failures do not invalidate an otherwise confirmed registration.
Managing and transferring places
Use the management page and an email verification code to access confirmed places owned by your email address. When transferring a place, confirm the new participant's name and email carefully and obtain their permission to provide this information. A completed transfer gives the recipient management access to that place. Contact the organizer if a correction is needed.
Cancellations, refunds, and event changes
The website does not provide automated cancellations or refunds. Contact the Gala organizer about cancellation or refund requests, duplicate payments, or payment errors. These terms do not establish an automatic refund entitlement or a blanket no-refund policy; the organizer will communicate the applicable event policy, subject to applicable law.
If the event schedule, venue, or availability changes, consult the homepage and organizer communications and contact the organizer about your registration and available options.
Permitted use
Use the application for legitimate event registrations and management. Do not attempt to access another person's registrations without authorization, interfere with the service, submit fraudulent payment or participant information, or misuse verification codes or email notifications.
Email and Google services
The organizer authorizes a designated Gmail or Google Workspace account to send registration confirmations, verification codes, and transfer notifications. Attendees do not need to authorize Google account access to register. The application requests Gmail send-only permission and does not read attendees' inboxes. The organizer may revoke its Google authorization, which stops email sending until access is restored.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected, its use, service providers, retention, and privacy requests. PayPal, Google, and Cloudflare provide payment, email, and hosting services under their own applicable terms. Google Maps links open a third-party service.
Service availability and support
The application may be temporarily unavailable or messages may be delayed. If you cannot confirm payment or registration status, contact the organizer before submitting another payment. For registration, refund, or privacy questions, reply to a Gala email from the organizer. If you have not received an email, contact the Seattle United Runners Gala organizer through the channel used to invite you to the event.
Changes to these terms
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
